We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to work with Silverstone Building Consultancy for the refurbishment at 2 Collingwood Street, a Grade II listed building in heart of Newcastle City Centre.

This prominent five-storey office building, which overlooks St. Nicholas Cathedral is set to receive a major overhaul of the common parts, ground floor and basement in a bid to retain and attract new occupiers.

Rather than a modern interior design solution that had no sympathy or connection to the exterior and history of the property, a high specification ‘boutique’ look will be created to transform the entrance, circulation areas and ground floor office suite. The finished project will certainly offer something unique in the market place.

This appointment follows several other North-East projects in recent months. We have completed schemes in Seaham, North Shields, Jesmond and at Quayside House.

Naylors and Knight Frank are appointed as joint letting agents for 2 Collingwood Street where there is office accommodation available ranging from 1,000sqft to 4,000sqft.
