Director, Mark Naisbitt, had the pleasure of attending the Steelcase Dealer Event at the Learning + Innovation Centre (LINC) in Munich, Germany. The two-day event was held to develop dealer’s knowledge and capabilities through their in-depth workplace research.

Steelcase launched LINC, their new state of the art facility last year, bringing together over 150 people involved in research, design, marketing and support functions, to foster and accelerate innovation. The centre will host customers, dealers, architects and designers and allow them to come together to collaborate and explore some of the emerging ideas around the usage of space within the workplace.

During the event, each dealer was asked to present their business through a Pecha Kucha presentation – an interesting format that keeps presentations concise and fast-paced. Following this, dealers were immersed in the world of Steelcase, learning about everything from workplace insights to new products.

Steelcase put together a well organised programme of insightful product training along with the opportunity to introduce our companies to each other and share the benefits gained from being a Steelcase dealer.

Director, Mark Naisbitt, told us “Steelcase put together a well organised programme of insightful product training along with the opportunity to introduce our companies to each other and share the benefits gained from being a Steelcase dealer. The LINC, which is due to officially open in November this year, is an inspirational work place setting across four floors with a spectacular timber staircase linking the zones together. We can’t wait to take both new and existing customers to see it.”

With the demand and desire for creativity at work stronger than ever before, Steelcase have developed innovative resources to support both their dealer and customer base. Our favourite being the 360 Magazine, this has been developed to explore workplace research, insights and trends within the workplace and forms part of the wider 360 Research.

The benefits of being able to visit the Learning and Innovation Centre in Munich has brought much to our offering as a company, get in touch today to find out more.
