SKA Certified

Matthew Wladarz, our Quantity Surveyor/Estimator here at Ultimate, is close to becoming our first SKA Rating Assessor, having trained with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) this year.

SKA rating is an environmental assessment tool for sustainable fit-outs, operated by the RICS.

Our in-house SKA Rating Assessor will be able to provide you with environmentally clean, cost effective, sustainable offices, irrespective of the project size.

“I have always been passionate about the environment both at work and in my personal life” Matthew explains.

Matthew Ultimate Meet the Team

“Since joining Ultimate, it has been evident that they are very focused on creating new bespoke spaces for their clients, whilst eliminating any detrimental effect on future generations through unsustainable construction.

Ultimate are focused on creating new bespoke spaces for their clients, whilst eliminating any detrimental effect on future generations through unsustainable construction

I was asked if I would like to do the course on behalf of Ultimate and I jumped at the chance. This opportunity allows us as a business to become even more aware of sustainable practices within the fit out industry, which will allow us to specify cleaner ways of construction when we are designing new spaces for our clients. In addition to this, SKA Rating will enable us to suggest more sustainable construction methods to our design partners when we are tendering for fully designed work.

As primarily a fit out and refurbishment company, who prides itself on being at the cutting edge of design and new practices within our industry, the SKA assessment enables us to provide all of these things whilst maintaining our commitment as a company to sustainable practices in everything that we do.”

Whether your project is a refurbishment or a new build, we can now deliver it as sustainably as your budget allows with Matthew’s RICS recognised expertise. Contact us today for more information about SKA Rating or any other enquiries you may have about our services.
