Fit out works of 2nr empty shell units to create customer toilet and welfare facilities in two separate locations across the designer outlet.
Works included full plumbing installation, adaptations to the existing ventilation system to suit multiple cubicles/rooms within each unit, all new electrical installation, installations of new sanitary ware including new Corian vanity units with inset sinks and Corian baby change units within designated family rooms with concealed supports and solid plasterboard cubicle cross walls with flush laminated cubicle fronts.
The works also involved featured tiling throughout, bespoke timber slatted feature walls and LED backlit bespoke mirrors above the vanity units.
Each block contains parent and child WC facilities, disabled toilets and full fit out of 1nr changing places room.
