We have just completed another successful project, this time for Leeds-based agency We Are Boutique.
We Are Boutique are a communications agency who specialise in Media, Digital and PR with an extensive client list including Ebuyer.com, Costcutter, Superbreak and Safe.co.uk. The growing agency has recently moved into a new two-storey office and appointed us to take on the project to turn their new office space vision into a reality.
We were tasked with designing, fitting out and supplying furniture for a unique cinema/boutique hotel themed design over a 4 week period and we believe the end result perfectly fitted this vision.

The expertly considered use of colour, lighting, decoration and furniture creates a warm and welcoming, relaxed environment with leather armchairs and sofas, coffee tables, bookcase, rugs, exposed brickwork and velvet curtains. ‘Boutique’ was the keyword for this project and for a company named We Are Boutique it was vital that our design reflected this.
The design includes some really useful team breakout areas with chairs, sofas and coffee tables providing a casual setting for team discussions. Working in a busy agency can be thirsty work but we’ve addressed this by incorporating a drink and refrigerated unit into our design.
The thorough refurbishment included the installation of solid partitions, feature MF ceilings, glazed partitions with glass door and manifestation, wall panelling, electrical reconfiguration, installation of feature lighting and interior and exterior signage. No small task, but one which we completed in a short amount of time which successfully uses the space available incorporating four meeting rooms, a chill out room and open-plan working office space.
4 weeks was a short turnaround time but with our skilled team including designers, joiners and electricians we were able to efficiently complete an impressive working environment which perfectly fits the needs of the We Are Boutique team and business and a space which provides a warm welcome to their visiting clients.
