Moving from two old interconnected houses into a beautifully refurbished modern office space, it was out with the old and in with the new for insolvency practitioners Campbell Crossley & Davis, in one of our most recent full design and refurbishment projects.
Taking place just a stone’s throw from Blackpool’s airport and minutes away from its historic seafront, this 7 week project has been a major change of environment, as the rabbit run of rooms and corridors made way for a super slick open office area that the company could really be proud of.
The refurbishment of the Seneca House in Blackpool began with the removal of some unsightly block walls, replaced instead by all new solid glass partitioning, which turned out to be a much more fitting solution for the needs of the business.
A whole new reception area and meeting rooms were created with careful consideration made to the expectations of the company’s highly valued clientele. Clean and functional, the redesign of the staff kitchen and dining area ensured that both staff and guests would have a dedicated low-key space in which to communicate.
New state of the art toilets were installed, along with some tasteful decorations such as new floorcoverings and window blinds to complete the look. We fitted a whole new air conditioning system to keep things cool, and a comprehensive data installation system gave the business the power it required to operate in the 21st century.
The clean minimalist look that has been achieved is now a true reflection of the professional services that Campbell Crossley & Davis supply. Head over to the case study to see more of the finished product!
