Last week saw the completion of our latest project, 1175 Thorpe Park in Leeds for CEG. Located on the eastern side of Leeds City Centre, the exceptional Grade A office has been transformed over the past 16 weeks.
Our fit-out spans over 20,000 sq ft at the office development and includes the refurbishment of the reception area, ground and first floor toilets and shower rooms, ground floor office space and various external works.
The reception area features a communal ‘grab and go’ facility for the staff members of the building, along with a soft-seating, breakout area. The bespoke double-height feature wall frames the impressive entrance.
We have continued the bespoke feature wall along communal corridors and also completed the installation of the modern toilets and shower rooms. Throughout the development we completed full electrical and lighting installations, full mechanical installations, decoration, flooring, bespoke joinery and loose furniture.
Outside we completed a range of external works, including landscaping and paving, a cycle store with access control, smoking shelter and external lighting.
