Project Completion: Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet

Cheshire Oaks opened in 1995 and is the first and remains the largest designer shopping outlet in the UK. With over 150 boutiques, restaurants and cafes, many large brands are situated within the shopping outlet including Adidas, Marks & Spencer, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Mulberry and Kate Spade.

Ultimate completed fit out works for two empty shell units situated in two separate locations across the outlet to create customer toilets and welfare facilities. Works included full plumbing installation, adaptations to the existing ventilation system to suit multiple cubicles within each unit, new electrical installation and feature walls.

We also installed new sanitary ware within the cubicles, new Corian vanity units with inset sinks and Corian baby change units within designated family rooms with concealed supports. Solid plasterboard cubicle cross walls were added with flush laminated cubicle fronts, LED backlight bespoke mirrors above the vanity units and each block containing parent and child WC facilities and disabled toilets. The finish looks stylish, elegant and modern, perfect for a retail fashion outlet.
