Aldermanbury House, West Yorkshire

Ultimate delivered the full fit-out and furniture installation for the refurbishment of the Fourth Floor at Aldermanbury House, creating a modern workplace for 86 employees. Working alongside the project team, including interior designers This Is Interiors and project managers Gent Visick & Co, we transformed the existing space into a flexible, people-focused environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and productivity.

The design is centred around a refined monochromatic palette, layered with tactile finishes, timber accents and live planting to introduce depth, warmth and a sense of life to the scheme. It was important to the client that the office space reflected the professional nature of the client’s business, creating an environment that felt credible, considered and representative of the organisation.

The project included new meeting rooms, private offices, breakout areas, wellbeing spaces, phone booths and upgraded welfare facilities, alongside a complete furniture package and integrated workplace technology. Ultimate carefully coordinated the works within an occupied City Centre building, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery.

The completed refurbishment has transformed the floor into a sophisticated, functional and people focused workplace. The client was delighted with the result, recognising the new space as a valuable asset to the business – one that supports its future growth and enhances the day to day experience and wellbeing of its employees.
