Following a competitive tender, Stoke City Football Club appointed Ultimate to deliver the refurbishment of the Boardroom & Players Lounge at the bet365 Stadium. The project, based on initial designs by bet365 Group’s in-house team, aimed for a sleek, inviting aesthetic with feature ceilings, bespoke lighting and an on-brand colour palette.

Ultimate executed a comprehensive turnkey solution, covering all trades from initial strip-out to final installations, including feature ceilings with integrated lighting and vents, bespoke joinery, flooring, decoration, M&E installations, curtains and stylish furniture. The Players Lounge now serves as a premium facility for the first-team squad and families, and is available for corporate or private hire on non-matchdays.

By merging the existing boardroom and chairman’s suites into one large, open-plan Boardroom, the new space accommodates up to 60 guests. Securing this high-profile project was a significant achievement and privilege for Ultimate.
