Over the past four years, Ultimate has delivered multiple fit out and refurbishment projects at East West, Nottingham. For this project, works included complete fit-out and furniture installation for the landlord areas, lift lobbies, WCs, two reception areas and a communal café. Additionally, we completed CAT A refurbishments of the 3rd and 7th floor open-plan office suites.

Project scope encompassed initial strip-outs, asbestos removal, installation of suspended ceiling grids, wall and floor finishes, LED lighting, electrical power distribution, plumbing services and bespoke joinery solutions. Our team managed each stage from site clearance through to detailed interior finishes, consistently delivering high-quality results across all areas.
