Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, a premium shopping destination, appointed Ultimate to transform two empty shell units into customer toilet and welfare facilities at separate locations across the outlet.

Ultimate’s comprehensive fit-out involved extensive plumbing, electrical installations, and ventilation modifications tailored to multiple cubicles and rooms. Each unit featured high-quality sanitary ware, including Corian vanity units with inset sinks and specially designed Corian baby change facilities in family rooms. The interiors incorporated solid plasterboard cubicle cross walls, flush laminated cubicle fronts, and contemporary feature tiling.

Enhancing the aesthetics, bespoke timber slatted feature walls and LED-backlit mirrors were installed above the vanity areas. Both facilities provide accessible parent-and-child restrooms, disabled toilets, and fully equipped Changing Places rooms, significantly improving visitor amenities.

The project highlighted Ultimate’s ability to deliver practical, high-quality spaces that meet diverse customer needs, enhancing the overall visitor experience at Cheshire Oaks.
