Our Client are a global leader in Financial Information Services. Having originally moved to Manchester is 2019, they have seen significant increase in the size of their team which has led them to relocate to their new office at 5 New York Street in Manchester City Centre.
Following a competitive tender process, led by Bruntwood SciTech, we were awarded the Fit-Out and Furniture contract to transform the 20,000 sq ft space. The concept, designed by Space Invader, reflects our Client’s strong community values, to create a collaborative environment to enable all colleagues to contribute to shared success.
The design focused on flexible layouts, incorporating open collaboration areas, various types of meeting rooms and acoustic solutions to balance noise and privacy. A neutral palette was enhanced by high-quality finishes throughout.
The move reinforces the company’s commitment to Manchester as a key UK Business hub, fostering long-term economic growth and innovation in the City – housing over 200 staff from various business units.
