Gleeson Homes is dedicated to building high-quality homes for all. With operations spanning the Midlands and the North of England, Gleeson employs over 600 people across six regional offices.

When Gleeson made the decision to relocate their Sheffield-based team to a new office in Leeds, they saw an opportunity to do more than just move location. They wanted to create a destination workspace – a place that would not only support their team day-to-day, but also act as a central hub for hosting clients and partners.

From the outset, collaboration was key. Gleeson engaged with us early in the process, beginning with a discovery session at The Hive. This proved to be a pivotal moment in the project, helping to shape the vision, align priorities, and define what success would look like for their new workspace.

Building on this, the team took part in a dedicated finishes session, enabling them to select and specify all materials in a single, streamlined day. This efficient and hands-on approach ensured clarity, speed, and confidence in the design decisions.

Our scope included both fit-out and furniture, delivering a cohesive solution tailored to Gleeson’s needs. One of the most rewarding outcomes came directly from the Gleeson team, who described the office as feeling ‘very homely’ – a fitting reflection for a business built around homes.
