Home Group, Maryport

Home Group, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, appointed Ultimate through competitive tender, to fully refurbish 8,000 sqft of office space at Anthorne House and Brunswick House in Maryport. The works were carried out across the two sites with the aim of modernising facilities and creating spaces that better support employees.

The project involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment, including a remodelled internal layout to improve functionality and flow. The transformation was completed with a full furniture installation to create a fresh and welcoming environment.

A key factor in Home Group’s decision to partner with Ultimate was our proven commitment to social value. Throughout the duration of the project, Ultimate led several CSR initiatives for the local community centres in Maryport, including a toy drive supporting local families at Christmas, large donations of furniture and external decoration and car park works. These efforts demonstrated our dedication to making a positive impact beyond project delivery, aligning closely with Home Group’s values.

Together, the two projects covered 8,000 sqft and were delivered to programme, with Anthorne House completed in 14 weeks and Brunswick House in just 3 weeks. The result is a series of modern, practical spaces that enhance everyday living and provide long-term value for the community.
