The project consisted of the refurbishment of 121 Bedrooms, this was a combination of suites, privilege and standard rooms. Works included strip out and complete refurb; all electrics, feature lighting, decoration, carpets, case goods management and soft furnishings. Along with some bathroom refurbishments. Public area works included a new bar, feature wall cladding, upholstered seating, feature lighting, bespoke joinery and flooring.
