One Trinity Gardens

Ultimate is proud to announce the completion of its project at the prestigious One Trinity Gardens in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This project, carried out in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle, involved a comprehensive refurbishment and transformation of key areas within the building.

The work covered 26,900 sq ft of CAT A works on the third floor, delivering a modern, flexible office space designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses. Ultimate undertook a full refurbishment of the building’s atrium, lift lobbies, toilets and corridors, spanning from the ground to the sixth floor. These improvements were designed to enhance the building’s functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a bright and welcoming environment for all occupants.

This project demonstrates Ultimate’s capability in delivering high-quality, large-scale refurbishments that blend modern design with practicality.
