Potter Space, a forward-thinking business park operator, appointed Ultimate to transform their Cat B space into a functional, inspiring workplace that reflected their brand and supported diverse working styles.

The client’s key goals were to create a space that encouraged collaboration, provided areas for focused work and introduced a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The design brief required clear zoning to support these objectives while enhancing acoustic performance and visual appeal.

Ultimate carried out a full interior fit out, starting with the formation of a dedicated print area complete with bespoke storage and shelving. A breakout area was created featuring a breakfast bar and lounge space with comfortable seating, while multiple workstations and private conversational pods were installed to support flexible working.

Flooring was carefully selected to define the zones, with tiled finishes in high-traffic areas and LVT and Bolon in the breakout and entrance spaces. Bespoke acoustic baffles with integrated lighting were fitted above the lounge and touchdown areas, improving sound quality and adding visual interest. A feature Tektura wall covering completed the lounge space, with all elements installed to meet the client’s brief and elevate the workspace experience.
