Severfield, a market-leading structural steelwork group, appointed Ultimate to refurbish their new premises in York, creating dynamic, collaborative spaces tailored to their objectives.
The brief comprised two distinct areas: an executive suite for leadership and CEO, and an open-plan workspace for marketing and finance teams. Severfield sought a shift from their previous environment towards a more collaborative and flexible workspace.
Ultimate delivered an executive suite featuring spacious offices, a central collaboration area, booth seating, and a self-service kitchen with a coffee machine. The marketing and finance teams received a modern open-plan setting, complete with café spaces, meeting areas, and dedicated manager offices. Steelcase Sit Stand desks were incorporated throughout to encourage flexibility, alongside high-end boardroom and meeting furniture.
The seamless project management and excellent communication by Ultimate received glowing feedback from Severfield’s Group HR Director, Samantha Brook, highlighting Ultimate’s commitment to creating inspiring, practical workplaces.
