Having previously fitted out their last HQ to an exceptionally high standard 14 years ago, we were approached once more by Sovereign Health Care to assist and advise on a potential new HQ for them at The Waterfront building in Saltaire, a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From the initial building survey and inspections, Ultimate and our design partners got straight to work creating space plans and space audits to make sure the space would not only work for day one but to also allow for business growth – designing a space to support both their business needs and their employees’ health and wellbeing.
