Protected: SpaMedica Wembley

Spamedica appointed Ultimate to deliver a flagship medical facility next to the world-renowned Wembley Stadium. The project involved the full fit out of a vacant 7,500 sqft retail unit across two floors, creating a state-of-the-art healthcare centre with an Operating Theatre, Diagnostics and Treatment Rooms, a formal reception area, staff and client facilities, breakout spaces and supporting functions.

Works included installing a new mezzanine steel structure, fire-rated cladding, a feature client staircase and staff/fire escape stairwell, a raised access floor and a platform lift. Partitioning, glazed screens and suspended ceilings were fitted throughout, alongside full M&E installations, including specialist ventilation systems for theatre and treatment rooms.

Additional works comprised hygienic cladding, bespoke joinery, feature wall panelling, IPS panelling, automated doors, fire curtain, security systems and comprehensive FF&E. Feature lighting and client signage completed the scheme.

Delivered within 15 weeks, the project successfully provided Spamedica with a modern, compliant and functional medical facility.
