Vistry Warrington, part of the Vistry Group, a prominent UK housebuilder, appointed Ultimate to fully refurbish their dilapidated ground and first-floor office spaces, covering 10,000 sqft over two floors within a 14-week timeframe. The project aimed to transform the interior into a vibrant, collaborative workplace, improving employee engagement and site culture.

Ultimate created dedicated meeting nooks for focused discussions alongside open, collaborative spaces to encourage teamwork and innovation. The design incorporated sustainable materials sourced from Vistry’s modular homes, reflecting the client’s sustainability goals and reinforcing brand identity.

The refurbished workspace has received excellent feedback, notably improving employee engagement and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere aligned with Vistry’s values.
