Rather than a modern interior design solution that had no consideration or connection to the exterior and history of the property, we have provided a high specification ‘boutique’ look to transform the entrance, circulation areas, ground floor office suite and basement.
The entrance area has feature panelled walls painted in a warm grey, wall lights, plaster finish ceiling and classic black and white mosaic ceramic floor tiles. The staircase has been decorated and carpeted with upgraded lighting and new entrances partitioning to landing areas.
Sections of the existing 1960’s staircase balustrade on the ground to first floor have been removed and replaced with new balustrading to complement the original that has been retained on other floors.
