Following a competitive tender process, Stoke City Football Club appointed Ultimate as the delivery partner for their upcoming refurbishment of the Boardroom & Players Lounge at The bet365 Stadium, the home of Stoke City Football Club. The overall scheme was to look sleek and inviting with feature ceilings, bespoke lighting and an on brand colour palette.
The initial concept was provided by bet365 Group’s In-house design team, and once appointed Ultimate took this forward to deliver a high-quality complete Turn-key installation which encompassed all trades. The Player’s Lounge has been designed to be a first class facility to be used by the first-team squad and their families, not only that but it is also available for corporate or private hire on non-matchdays.
Our works included, a full strip-out of the existing rooms, formation of feature ceilings including integrated lighting and vents, high quality bespoke joinery and flooring, decorations, new M&E installations, curtains and comfortable yet sleek furniture.
The Boardroom was to be an entirely new space within the stadium, by merging the two existing boardroom & chairman’s suites which were previously small and creating a single open plan large suite, it can now accommodate up to 60 guests.
This was a fantastic win for the Ultimate team, to secure such a high profile well known new client in Stoke City Football Club. It was a true privilege to deliver the VIP spaces in the world famous stadium.
