An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager at Ultimate Group is available.

The group has “Stratospheric ambition”, aiming to achieve significant expansion, creating an exciting environment for potential candidates. The Head office is based in Yorkshire with a stylish showroom known as “The Hive”. We are looking for candidates who can build a greater market presence in North West England.

Role Description:

Sales and Engagement: The role involves selling commercial interior design, fit-out, and furniture products and services. It includes field sales and engagement within a showroom. The target audience includes Commercial Agents, Landlords, Consultancies, Surveyors, Developers, Architects, and Interior Designers.

Sales Process Management: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial brief to delivery. This implies a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.

Account Management: The role requires dealing with both new prospects and existing accounts. There is a need a need for strong relationship-building skills and the ability to nurture client partnerships.

Targets: Ambitious and realistic sales targets for the first three years: £1.5 million in Year 1, £2 million in Year 2, and £3 million in Year 3 in alignment with the expected performance and growth trajectory.
