Key Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to various departments and acquire a comprehensive understanding of estimating, project management, supply chain, contracts, and commercial operations.
- Provide valuable administrative support while learning on the job.
- Explore the many facets of being a CONTRACTS MANAGER, including project coordination, monitoring and reporting, supply chain management, nurturing client relationships, conducting site visits, ensuring contract compliance, fostering communication across diverse teams and departments, and mastering financial management.
About You:
- Display knowledge and/or a strong interest in establishing a career within commercial fit-out and refurbishment.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Possess adept problem-solving skills.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous in your work.
- Maintain a positive, approachable, and motivated attitude.

- Be willing to travel within the UK (accommodation arranged) for site visits and project meetings, holding a full UK driving license.
