Taking over 21,000sqft of space it is currently the largest Newcastle city centre letting so far this year and doubles the amount of space Eldon had in their previous premises at Cale Cross House.
We’ve been in Cale Cross House for 10 years and we’ve come to the end of our lease and wanted to find somewhere a little more modern.

The new space now gives Somerset the capacity to take on at least a further 50 more employees.
In a local publication, Melanie said the new premises will help accommodate further growth, as well as boost facilities for staff.
