The Brief

The client sought to transform their existing office into a modern, open plan workspace. Ultimate were tasked with creating an environment that would prompt collaboration, improve staff morale and reflect the company’s commitment to excellence. This involved a full office fitout with a tight deadline to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

The Design

Partnering with Aitken Turnbull Architects, a contemporary design scheme was developed, focusing on functionality and aesthetics:

Open-plan workspaces, to prompt collaboration and communication.

Breakout areas to provide spaces for relaxation and informal meetings.

Private and technology driven meeting rooms to ensure the business is equipped with modern AV for easy communication with both colleagues and clients.

Subtle integration of the client’s corporate identity through furniture and graphics.

Incorporating environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient lighting systems.

Meticulous planning of layout to maximise natural light and optimise flow of movement throughout the office.

The Project

The project was completed over a 7-week period, adhering to a phased programme to minimise disruption. Key deliverables included:
