Ground Floor Office Refurbishment- a boutique office feel with corporate branding. Ultimate produced a design scheme to incorporate a full turnkey solution.
From the reception area with bespoke counter; luxury vinyl floor tiles with an inset feature rug; feature coffered ceiling, walls and lighting; bespoke seating in contrasting fabric and sculptured vinyl and a unique glazed screen incorporating double sided picture frames.
The bright open reception area with bespoke counter, recessed and suspended lighting, cloak store wall with graphics and feature walls. Komfort LS90 double glazed partitions and the ceiling height accommodated by feature plasterboard bulkheads. New suspended ceilings were installed with LED light fittings and the geometric design was continued from the reception within the newly installed carpet tile.
The scheme continues to the further offices on the second floor where the buildings existing double-glazed partitions with full height doors were recuperated to create consultant rooms and open plan work areas.
