Our project saw us transform a vacant office building into the latest serviced office offering in Newcastle-upon-Tyne called Riverview Business Centre.
Maximising the space and providing multiple and various sized office suites was a given but the client also wanted to offer something beyond this to potential tenants that would deliver a unique, cool and boutique vibe.
The scheme certainly does just that and boasts a very on trend look with an impressive reception, meeting facilities, shared communal breakout space and generous and various sized office suites to accommodate from an individual up to eight persons.
Basic suspended ceilings have been replaced in the reception, corridor and central breakout area with a plaster finish ceiling painted dark grey that support contemporary pendant lights.
The central breakout area has been furnished with artwork and a good mix of dining facilities that include smaller dining tables and chairs, bench seating for larger groups and lounge seating for you to simply relax and have a coffee.
The partitioning completes the boutique look with black doorframes and door leaves as well as panel effect manifestation / film with inset numbers for easy identification.
