Our recent project completion saw us refurbish a 5,000 sq. foot office space over 2 floors for SPS Group located in Bradford. The spaces were designed for SPS Group and their company Driver Hire, creating a functional, modern office space with bespoke furniture.
The team fully stripped out both floors and isolated all services before starting the new installation and alterations of M&E including 2 new washrooms, air conditioning and power and data. All new energy efficient LED lighting has been installed over the two floored office space.
We incorporated biophilic design into the concept to improve the well-being and productivity of employees. Biophilic design is a concept which is used to increase connectivity to the natural environment by bringing the outside, in. It has been scientifically proven that the use of biophilic design within the workplace can alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and stress, while helping people to feel calm and inspired.
Ultimate understood our vision for our office spaces completely and they delivered this to a superb standard. The spaces are modern, functional and bright which is exactly what we wanted to achieve
