Manchester Office: Bringing Balance to Business

Our recent Manchester move was to the newly re-imagined Marble Street location, Bloc. Dubbed as an ‘urban oasis’ in the heart of the city, Bruntwood Works launched the 16-storey office block as part of their £50m redevelopment programme.

The space has been transformed from traditional offices to a well-being focused environment. Aware of the increased demand for hybrid working environments, Bruntwood’s vision is to balance work and lifestyle.

The wildflower roof and living wall façade are both Manchester firsts, installed with the hope to attract a rare native blue butterfly.
