Project Completion – Quayside House, Newcastle upon Tyne

Northumberland Estates put property investment, development and management at their organisation’s core whilst maintaining significant investment in enterprises such as farming, forestry and tourism.

­­­­­­­­Following our successful completion of the CAT B tenant fit outs in the property for Northumberland Estates, Norton Rose Fullbright LLP, Tilney and the complete toilet refurbishment throughout the property, we were asked to freshen and visually ‘warm up’ the main entrance area whilst working with the existing features and reception desk.

 

The works consisted of new copper finish signage, replacement of entrance area carpet to define an area as waiting space and general decoration incorporating feature Tektura wallcoverings with copper finish detailing to tie in with the signage. The warm feel to the scheme is completed with the introduction of orange and grey lounge chairs and coffee tables.
